Free admission to the West’s state parks on Black Friday

This Black Friday, instead of squeezing yourself into crowded malls, download a free pass to see the redwoods up close and person. What a perfect day to trot that turkey off. California’s 49 redwood state parks are completely free to visitors on Friday, November 27, 2015, thanks to a rather large anonymous donation that Save the Redwoods League needed.

Here’s a list of all the participating parks in California.
