The Home Behind the Hunger Games

There’s something yummy about the woman behind the Bourne movies and the Hunger Games working in a home office with floral wallpaper. Suspense and action, meet trailing blooms. And the rest of you meet movie exec Allison Shearmur. Her art- and wallpaper-filled Los Angeles home is one of many featured in The Inspired Home: Nests of Creatives, a new book this year from Rizzoli.

Check out the book for a peek into Moby’s midcentury modern (he is a man with good taste in lighting), and one of the dreamiest kitchens I’ve seen (it belongs to Douglas Bensadoun. We won’t fault him for being from Montreal).
