Whether you love, despise, or just don’t get Burning Man, the week-long tribute to art and self-expression set deep in dusty, arid Nevada, it’s undeniably ours. From the dry landscape of the Black Rock desert, a temporary mini city springs up and becomes a hot mess of creativity and ingenuity–the spirit of the pioneering West distilled into fire, technology, and the just plain out there.
